Join John and Kelli, Marion's Sustainable Couple, for an in-depth series on all topics related to urban farming. In this six-week series, participants will learn about composting and vermicomposting, rain barrel construction, an introduction to beekeeping and backyard chickens, preparations needed this fall for an amazing spring garden, square foot gardening, companion planting, garden planning, DIY for an urban homestead and more. The mission of this series is to empower participants with the knowledge needed to produce food and be self-sufficient no matter the space or circumstance.
