As the leaves fall, the wind blows, and seasons turn, nature is constantly changing.
In the fall, the changes in nature may be reflected in our daily lives by feeling unsettled, ungrounded or unstable. It is important that we too change with the seasons — just as nature does — by adapting our daily habits, yoga practice, and food choices.
Ironically, it is only through change that we can stay grounded during this shifting season. Join us for an amazing grounding yoga practice and tips for daily living to bring balance to the change in seasons, followed by a guided relaxation and sound healing to the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls played for you by Maria Dummermuth, yoga instructor and Tibetan Singing Bowl Sound healing practitioner. Please bring a yoga mat and towel or blanket. Registration required. Program fee- $20.
