Fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut have grown in popularity due to their positive impact on gut health, and can be fermented at home for pennies using affordable, readily-available ingredients. Sandy Rosenberger, owner of New Bo Mercantile & Vintage Shop, will lead participants through the process of fermenting kimchi and sauerkraut and will have samples to share.
