Fermented foods, especially a fermented tea called kombucha, have grown in popularity due to their positive impact on gut health, and can be made at home for pennies. Sandy Rosenberger will lead participants through all steps of the kombucha brewing process and how to flavor kombucha using interesting foraged edibles from nature. This is one of the first-ever cooking classes taught in the Amazing Space kitchen!
