The new year brings new and exciting changes, requiring us to be both balanced and grounded, as well as flexible to bend to new opportunities. Participants of all levels can expect to feel deeply proud of their bodies after this 90-minute yoga class. The class will begin with a grounding meditation, followed by a playful yoga practice and extended savasana. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and an open mind and sense of humor. All ages & abilities are welcome.
Fee: $20 or $36 when you sign up for both classes.
