Join us for our 26th annual Women in Nature day-long wellness retreat and connect to the Five Elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Spirit. Breakout sessions will feature female speakers focusing on each of the five elements. Enjoy engaging, guided walks in both morning and afternoon, plus yoga and sound healing to stretch out and ground yourself to the natural world. Walk experiences will vary; there’s something for everyone!
Ticket price includes breakfast (traditional and gluten free pastries from Bistro 319) and a catered lunch (traditional, vegan, and gluten free options from New Pioneer Food Co-op). Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, hiking shoes, and a rain jacket or a change of clothing. Hikes will take place, even in the spring rain! Wear comfortable clothing and bring your best self!
