Wilson’s Ciderhouse & Venue is well known for crafting delicious meals made with seasonal ingredients paired with cider made from apples grown in their own orchard.
Through meaningful relationships with local growers and makers, Wilson’s Ciderhouse sources the majority of their key ingredients from local and sustainable farms and vendors located within 20 miles of their kitchen.
The kitchen at Wilson’s Ciderhouse is headed by Chef Matt Steigerwald. Chef Steigerwald advocates local and organic food with a focus on the betterment of the community through mutually beneficial relationships with local farmers and producers.

First Course
collard dolmas with brown rice, laughing bird shrimp, aleppo pistachio, and meyer lemon toum
Main
beef short rib with horseradish rutabaga, dill panisse, pea tendrils and caraway beef jus
Dessert
basque cheese cake with luxardo cherry and shaved dark chocolate
