In-Service Day Camp: Animals Among Us

This camp is for Kindergarten-5th grade children and is drop-off only.

 

 

Camp Description: Make the most out of your child’s day off school! Send them to In-Service Day Camp at ICNC to meet the “animals among us”. Students will get an up-close look at Indian Creek Nature Center’s resident animals.  Dress kids for indoor and outdoor play, and as we will also explore and search for animals outdoors. Please send a sack lunch and snack.

 

Drop off/Pick up Times: Drop off between 8:45-9am; Pick up between 3-3:15pm

 

Location: Indian Creek Nature Center's Amazing Space (5300 Otis Rd SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403)

 

What to bring:

  • Sack lunch
  • Snack
  • Backpack (to store personal items)
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Rain jacket or poncho
  • Sunscreen & bug repellent (please apply before camp)
  • Sturdy shoes (no flip-flops)
  • Lightweight clothing
  • Hat and/or sunglasses
  • Change of clothes

Cancellation Policy
To be eligible for a fee refund or transfer, ICNC requires a 7 day advance notice for all cancellations. Eligible cancelled registrations can either be refunded or applied to another registration. All refunded registrations are charged an administrative processing fee of 20%. Only in cases of extreme weather or other extenuating circumstances will ICNC cancel a scheduled program. All programs cancelled by ICNC will receive a full refund.
